This Privacy Policy describes how FluxoGen ("we", "the service") collects, uses, stores and protects users' ("you") personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

By using FluxoGen, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

FluxoGen is operated by an individual, responsible for processing the data (controller, under the LGPD). For any question related to privacy or your data, contact us by email:

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

Account data: your email address and username, obtained when you authenticate through external login providers (Google or LinkedIn).
Content you provide: the descriptions of work processes you enter on the platform to generate flowcharts and documents (SOPs), including text, step names, owners and any image files (logos) you choose to upload.
Usage and transaction data: access logs, credit balance and movements, purchase order identifiers, payment method (for example, Pix or card), amounts and dates. We do not store credit card data — these are processed directly by the payment provider.
Technical data: information generated automatically during use, such as the date and time of actions and internal identifiers, used for the operation and security of the service.

3. What we use your data for

Authenticate your access and maintain your account.
Generate the requested flowcharts and documents from the descriptions you provide.
Process credit purchases and manage your balance.
Ensure security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Communicate essential information about the service when necessary.

4. Processing by artificial intelligence

To generate the flowcharts and documents, the content you describe is processed by artificial intelligence technology. This means the process descriptions you enter are sent to an AI service for analysis and generation of the requested documents.

We recommend that you do not include sensitive personal data or confidential information in the process descriptions, limiting yourself to the information needed to document the workflow.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers essential to the platform's operation:

Artificial intelligence provider: receives the content of the process descriptions exclusively to generate the requested documents.
Mercado Pago: processes credit purchase payments. The handling of payment data is governed by Mercado Pago's privacy policy.
Cloud infrastructure providers: securely store the application data (database and files).
Authentication providers (Google and LinkedIn): used when you choose to sign in through them.

6. International data transfer

The application data is stored on servers located in the United States. Likewise, processing by artificial intelligence may take place on servers outside Brazil.

The LGPD permits international data transfer. We use providers that offer adequate guarantees of information security and protection.

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of communications (HTTPS), restricted access control, secure password storage and protection against unauthorized access. No system is completely immune to risks, but we work to mitigate vulnerabilities.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or legal obligations. You may request the deletion of your data at any time (see section 9). Financial transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

Confirm the existence of processing of your data.
Access the data we hold about you.
Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Request the deletion of your data and your account.
Request information about the sharing of your data.
Withdraw consent.

Account deletion: to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data, send a request to contato@fluxogen.app from your registered email. After confirmation, your personal data will be removed, except for records that the law requires to be kept.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the service, especially to keep your session authenticated after login. We do not use cookies for advertising.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. We recommend that you review it regularly.
