These Terms of Use govern access to and use of FluxoGen ("the service", "the platform", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you ("the user", "you") declare that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Purpose of the service

FluxoGen is a platform that generates flowcharts in the BPMN standard and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents from descriptions of work processes provided by the user, using artificial intelligence technology.

2. Registration and account

Access requires authentication through external login providers (Google or LinkedIn).
You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activities carried out in your account.
You must provide truthful information and keep your data up to date.
Creating accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or obtaining undue advantages is prohibited.

3. Credits and payment

The service works through credits, at a ratio of 1 credit = R$ 1.00.
Generating flowcharts and documents consumes credits according to complexity and product type, shown before confirming each operation.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your balance until used.
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. We do not store credit card data.

4. Refunds and reimbursement

Technical failures: if a generation fails due to a technical error in the system, the credits consumed in that operation are automatically refunded to your balance, allowing a new attempt. This is the main mechanism that protects your balance.

Purchased and unused credits remain as a balance in your account and are not converted into a refund of amounts, except as provided below.
Credits already consumed in successfully completed generations are non-refundable, since the service was effectively provided.

Right of withdrawal: under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may request the cancellation of a credit purchase within 7 (seven) days of the purchase, provided that the corresponding credits have not been used. In that case, the amount paid for the unused credits will be refunded. To exercise this right, contact us by email at contato@fluxogen.app.

5. Content generated by artificial intelligence

Important — review before approving. The flowcharts and documents are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions or incomplete information. The AI is a tool to support drafting, not a substitute for human review.

You are fully responsible for reviewing, validating and correcting every generated document before approving, downloading or using it for any official or institutional purpose. Approving a document on the platform represents your confirmation that you have reviewed it and consider it adequate.

6. Acceptable use

By using FluxoGen, you agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful purposes or that violate the rights of third parties.
Enter content that does not correspond to legitimate work processes (the platform is intended exclusively for documenting processes).
Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing mechanisms or security measures of the platform.
Overload, interfere with or compromise the operation of the service.
Enter sensitive personal data or unnecessary confidential information in the process descriptions.

7. Content ownership

The process descriptions you provide belong to you.
The documents and flowcharts generated from your descriptions belong to you, and you may use them freely for whatever purposes you wish.
The platform, its code, its visual identity and its features remain the property of FluxoGen.

8. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or that the service will meet all your expectations. We may carry out maintenance, updates or temporary suspensions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for decisions, losses or damages arising from the use of generated documents without due review and validation by the user.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the generated documents for any specific purpose.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the credits related to the operation that gave rise to the dispute.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the access of users who violate these terms, without prejudice to applicable legal measures. You may close your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms of Use.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the service after changes represents agreement with the new terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
